I strongly believe that having a strong and healthy connection to yourself enables a loving connection to the world around you.
Hoping to find some relief for my stressed body, I started regularly practicing Iyengar yoga in 2012. It wasn’t until a burn-out completely knocked me of my feet that I discovered the full potential of yoga and meditation. Committing to a daily practice of grounding and connecting to the body paved the way back to myself. Feeling the urge to pass it on, I became a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and have never stopped learning since.

In my classes I encourage students to be present and explore the body whilst moving with the breath. Embracing a sense of curiosity and flow, whilst at the same time bringing self-awareness by focusing on alignment. I’m hoping to inspire students to nurture the relationship with themselves, and, most importantly, to never forget smiling - both on the mat and off the mat.
